In the mountains of the region of Chiva at an altitude of 800 m, perfectly adapted to the climate and mountainous environment of the interior Mediterranean, cherries of high quality are produced, cultivated in dry land, which transport to our palate the taste of that privileged environment.
The range of varieties grown in the area, Burlar, Brooks, Prime Giant, Summit, Lapins, Sumburts, allows us a stepped harvest and offer our customers this wonderful fruit, for more than two months from the beginning of May and In this way, satisfy a market so demanding today.
Our grape, Moscatel
From the field to your house
The Muscatel of Alexandria is the most representative grape variety of the Mediterranean, a vain that needs sun and the influence of the sea to grow and that, throughout the centuries, has been produced in Spain for the elaboration of wines and as table grape and raisins.
It is a singular grape, of large slightly compact bunches, which has a fleshy grain, with a range of colors that go from pale yellow to golden. The moscatel impregnates the senses by its color, its strong and floral fragrance, its crisp and juicy texture and its sweet and fresh taste.
